    Terms of Service

    1. Parties and Acceptance

    These Terms of Service are between the Edebiyatla platform (the "Platform") and the individual using the Platform (the "User"). By registering or using the Platform, you accept these terms.

    2. Description of the Service

    Edebiyatla is a literary community platform where users can publish poems, stories, essays and other literary texts, participate in forum discussions, follow each other and exchange messages.

    3. Account and Security

    • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.
    • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
    • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

    4. User Content and Copyright

    • You retain ownership of your works. Copyright in the content you publish on the Platform belongs to you.
    • By publishing content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce and distribute that content on the Platform. This license is limited to making your content available within the Platform.
    • You may only publish content that you own the copyright to or have the necessary permission to share. Publishing someone else's work without permission is copyright infringement and may result in suspension of your account.

    5. Prohibited Conduct

    The following content and conduct are prohibited on the Platform:

    • Content infringing copyright or other intellectual property rights
    • Hate speech, discrimination, harassment, threats or violence
    • Unlawful, misleading, defamatory content or content violating the privacy of others
    • Spam, advertising or activity disrupting the operation of the Platform
    • Collecting or sharing other users' personal data without consent
    • Impersonating another person or entity

    6. Moderation

    • Users can report inappropriate content. Reported content is reviewed by the moderation team.
    • We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms and to warn, suspend or terminate accounts in violation.
    • The user who publishes content is responsible for its accuracy and lawfulness.

    7. Termination

    • You may close your account at any time.
    • We may suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these terms.
    • Upon termination, your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, subject to statutory retention obligations.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    • The Platform is provided "as is"; no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation is given.
    • Legal responsibility for user content lies with the content owner.
    • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Platform.

    9. Changes to These Terms

    We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Platform. Continuing to use the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

    10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
